Tree Hugger.
Soap Alchemist.
Sud Siren.
Born in West Michigan and raised in the woods, our founder, Maggie Ann, is obsessed with crafting little works of art that seduce your senses and don’t trash the planet. While she set out to build a soap empire, she fell hard for the feel of rich oils, earthy botanicals, and the slow, intentional ritual of creating something beautiful with her hands. And now, over ten years later, she’s still hand-pouring, hand-cutting, and sourcing her own ingredients. (With a little help from her friends, of course.)
What’s so special about soap?
For Maggie Ann, it started as tradition between her and her mom. And since then, it’s become a ritual –– a way to slow down and honor the Earth. And for our customer, it’s part self-love, part fuel for the soul.
When Maggie Ann Soap Co. launched in 2014, we had a mission: to make products that feel as good as they smell, without screwing over the environment. After a decade of growth, we’re still using earth-conscious and low-waste practices to carefully craft our soap. We reuse everything. And we don’t just care about the planet, we’re dedicated to making it better.
So, whether you’re scrubbing up after a long day or gifting a slice of something real, thank you for choosing handmade over mass made. For supporting a soap company that gives a damn: about you, about the planet, and about making things with real heart. Happy lathering!
Why Maggie Ann Soap Co.?
Au Naturel
Our products only use natural ingredients, sourced locally whenever available with names you can pronounce. Plus, almost all our packaging is biodegradable because we like to keep it clean.
Handmade Always
Manufacturing plant? Nope, not here. Even though we’re available at big name retailers like Whole Foods and Meijer, Maggie Ann Soap was, and always will be, made by us.
Artfully Crafted
Soap is our medium, and the Earth is our muse. Using natural ingredients and coloring, we design little works of art for every wash that look as good as they smell.
